Shipping Information

 

We aim to deliver all goods within 5 working days (USA) up to 2-3 weeks (World Wide) of cleared payment. All items are shipped direct to your door, as we do not offer a collection service. Smaller items are sent by USPS First Class mail and do not require a signature, larger items are delivered Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 9pm by our couriers USPS, UPS or FedEx. On some items signature is required and tracking info is provided if it is available.

Further Details

 

 

  • We can deliver to an alternative address of your choice, you have the opportunity to provide this as the "ship to address" when completing your order.

 

  • If you require a change to the shipping address after the item ships you will be liable for a charge.

 

  • You should be unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to us by the courier and you will be liable for a charge to re-arrange delivery.

 

  • For legal reasons couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for and any requests for items to be left in the porch/shed/garden will be disregarded.

 

  • Please note any issues relating to damage of goods during transit must be reported immediately and signed for accordingly, for us to proceed with a claim.

 

  • All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after the order is placed. 

 

  • All returned items must be in their original state before they can be accepted for a refund.
  • Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for us to process your refund.

 

  • Delivery costs paid on the order will also be refunded. The cost of returning the goods are at the customers own expense.
